公司擁有建設工程管理服務、建筑業信息化建設、建設工程檢驗檢測、建筑服務研發創新等四大核心服務能力。可以為客戶提供包括項目意向、立項、設計、建造，乃至運營的項目全壽命周期各階段的工程管理服務（工程咨詢、項目管理、工程監理、造價咨詢、招標代理等）、建設業信息化建設服務（項目管理信息系統、BIM技術服務、企業級項目管理平臺建設）、建設工程檢驗檢測服務。
TJPM’s main service covers the following four domains: construction projects management service, informational support service for construction projects, inspection and testing service for construction projects, and research & innovation services. The service TJPM could provide includes Project Pre-decision, Project Approval, Design, Construction, and even management services at all stages during the project’s operation (Engineering consulting, project management, project supervision, cost consultation, bidding agency, etc.), construction informational support services (project management information system, BIM technical services, enterprise-level project management platform establishment), construction engineering inspection and testing services.

TJPM is continuously honored as one of the best project management companies by MOHURD (Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China) for many years. TJPM and its projects have received various awards in all ranking lists provided by many agencies, such as various government departments and industry associations. 在建設工程質量潛在缺陷保險領域，作為上海市首批TIS服務機構，公司設有TIS事業部和IDI&TIS研究中心，在全行業較早開展TIS服務、業務開拓及理論研究工作。為確保TIS風險管理服務質量，公司對所有TIS項目實行“TIS總工－部門經理－TIS項目經理”三級管理服務控制體系。
目前公司從事TIS風險管理的專職人員為17名，TIS風控專家30余名，大部分為本科、碩士及以上學歷，高級及以上職稱人員占85%以上，TIS項目主要負責人員的工程管理經驗均在15年以上，TIS項目經驗2年以上，專業涉及建筑、結構、巖土、地質、建筑材料、裝飾裝修、電氣、暖通、給排水、弱電等，TIS項目技術人員均持有國家注冊監理工程師、國家注冊土木工程師（巖土）、國家一級注冊結構工程師、美國項目管理資格認證（PMP）、國家注冊咨詢師、國家一級注冊建造師、國家注冊造價師、國家注冊設備監理工程師等證書。
為了更好地提供TIS服務，公司TIS事業部配備了回彈儀、混凝土鋼筋檢測儀、FLK紅外熱像儀、內窺鏡和漏電開關檢測等設備，已在項目上檢測使用。利用這些檢測設備以針對混凝土抗壓強度、混凝土鋼筋情況、外墻保溫、屋頂防水保溫層、套筒灌漿質量以及開關插座漏電保護情況等進行現場專業檢測，確保工程實體質量符合驗收標準的同時減少質量潛在缺陷，為保險公司的IDI業務保駕護航。
為推動風險管理服務行業信息化與標準化發展，公司已投入研發TIS業務管理系統信息平臺，力求打造一個基于統一數據基礎的多項目整合+知識共享+資源協同的流程型工作平臺，實現各類項目信息、專家指導、業務知識的資源共享，保證信息平臺和業務的緊密結合，為TIS業務發展提供數據支撐。
公司正在將上述工程風險管理監測技術及信息化平臺運用到最新的建設工程安全責任險領域，為保險公司提供全面的施工風險監測及安全防范服務。
